Julie Fix, of J Fix Fotoworx, is an on-location and studio portrait photographer in the Waunakee and Madison, Wisconsin area.

Catching small pieces of life as it goes by and keeping it forever! Whatever I do or wherever I go I am always "mentally photographing" everything I see...taking photos in my head, looking for new places and subjects. I guess it is my passion.

Julie’s photos are so original and stunning. Taking our family photos with her was a great experience. She scheduled us in at the last minute when all my kids were available and we were able to pick any location we wanted. Family pictures are almost always a nightmare, with my kids arguing and losing interest fast, but Julie made the atmosphere very laid back and even got my son to smile for ALL the pictures, which is usually impossible. Julie you are simply extraordinary!
